Morning All,

I've recently upgraded an exchange server to a Win2k8 box and keep getting VSS errors, I've checked using vssadmin and there are no shadow copy storage areas setup. Will the snapshots be written straight to backup device or does the snapshot have to be created and saved in the shadow storage area then backed up?

I've included the error below just in case i'm barking up the wrong tree :-)
