Retention time policy in v7.2.x
Hello,
I want to set retention time lower from a month to a week. Even I did that, the Networker wouldn't consider this and I have to change tapes manually, besides that I don't have any older save sets on the tapes.

You don't need auto management for recycling.

It is possible that your ssids didn't expire because of dependent savesets.

I told our customer exactly what I was told from you to proceed, but it didn't take any effects. Tapes supposed to be recicable also ssids are not deppendable on savesets anymore.The library is set to auto management.
Still retention policy (time) cannot be set to lower.
