Funny enough, I had this "problem" today. I had task to convert all our SAP backups from using oraSID to SIDadm users. When doing so I did get this funny error which is obviously issue with environment since manually running backup as that user works fine. After few checks it turns out that your nsrsapsv file needs DIR_LIBRARY variable defined when using SIDadm user. Afterwards all works fine.

Hi,
there is no DIR_LIBRARY variable in nsrsapsv.cfg file. is this same with LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable.
Thanks.

No, it is not. su to sap user and run env and you will see it.
