SAP HANA DB failure.
Hello Expert,
I am completely new to the networker need you help to understand the error..
we have recently configured the Saphana db system which is failing with below error.
The user ‘NMSAP’ is not locked and SAP team were able to login to Hana database with the password.
Kindly help us to resolve this...

Hello,
i believe this is user permission issue for "nmsap"..
Add the same privileges as the SYSTEM user to the NMSAP user at database level.

@pratnaik! Well the issue is pretty clear the reason for the failure is that your authentication is failing. Take a loot at how the HANA_USR_PASSWD has to be set and try again.
A little more information on how the backup is configured will help us help you better.
