To me it looks like you had a problem when the cloning and the error message did not tell the cloning their was a problem. or something like this.
I do not know what NetWorker version you are using but I am betting it is one of the 732 ones.
I am just a admin of my systems and not EMC person. You will need to contact your EMC support and tell them what has happen. You may have hit a bug that now has caused you to louse data. and this louse could happen again if you do not get it addressed and fixed. This could be similar to my bug that I hit and I am running a hot patch from EMC to keep this from happing again. If you do feel that you have lost data you will need to prove this to them and follow up several times. also put in your exact setups so they can test it in their labs and see it.
my bug was when I was coming from a staging area to a cloning tape and has a tape system problem. the cloning was interrupted but the cleaning of the staging are was not stopped and was cleaned (ouch).
From log you shown we see that cloning is done with success. Those job errors are related to job daemon for this I think patch exists or is fixed in most recent build. So, where do you see from that log data was removed?
What lee is talking about is famous issue with staging only.
