SQL backups minimum permissions required

Hi team,

I have a customer asking for the bare minimum privileges required for sql backup and restore. They are not comfortable with granting sysadmin and full windows admin rights to the account.

They uses a service account to trigger the backups and also wanted to know if they can use a non-interactive account instead.
