SYSTEM error: client `mopamrsqlmba01a' is not properly configured on the

in host file already mopamrsqlmba01a this entry is there, and also client side i restarted twice nsrexced service.

please help me

Well, have a look at the error message you get. You are trying to backup host mopamrmbacls1vd which introduce itself to NW as mopamrsqlmba01a. This is usually caused by the multiple interfaces on the backup client - you initiate backup thru one interface (mopamrmbacls1vd) but the backup is directed from client to server thru another (mopamrsqlmba01a). Or it can be caused by wrong entries in DNS/hosts file. What you can do is:
1. Add mopamrsqlmba01a to aliases of mopamrmbacls1vd
or
2. Define mopamrsqlmba01a as a client (not mopamrmbacls1vd)
or
3. Correct entries in DNS/hosts file

OK. have you try to implement point 1 or 2?

both the steps i tryed and and also dns entry is there in the host file.

You have comunication problem.

Test and send exists:

In Client:
rpcinfo -p
rpcinfo -p
ping
ping

Run this command:
save -s Q:\

In Server:
rpcinfo -p
rpcinfo -p
ping
ping


################################

This Client have many Alias?
If yes, add in Client Alias in Networker..
