Unable to Unmount tape-Throwing error

Hi ALL,

We have a ATL P1000 library which has 2 drive. I am not able to unmount the tapes in both the drives. It throws the error as "SJlFailure[0x29]:Unit Attention,ATL:Maximum temperature exceeded. "

Can one please let me know what was the issue and what can be done to eject the tapes.....

Thanks in Advance,
Pd77.

Library has some standard ASC and ASCQ numbers which are used as error number ids for errors. Error you were getting was temperature related (so either you are not utilizing air conditioning or someone is smoking inside your library). As this warning/error comes from library NetWorker has nothing to do with it - it is just affected party because if library refuses to work to cool itself NW won't be able to do any operation either. You should check library health and temperature ASAP.
