Windows Installer reconfigured the product. Product Name: NetWorker. Product Version: 7.6.4. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: EMC Corporation. Reconfiguration success or error status: 1603.

Were you installing this on new system or updating?  Do you have additional errors in event log?  Did you try to run installed in verbose mode (CLI)?
