XBSA.Messages file is getting very big
On my Exchange server I have noticed the XBSA.Messages file is getting very large (500MB) on a regular basis.
It becomes so big that I can't open it anymore.
I'm assuming it has to do with my brick-level mailbox backups. Is there anyway to stop this?

- copies XBSA log to XBSA_ .log
- compresses XBSA_ .log
- empties XBSA log
You may or may not wish to add line where you remove logs older than X based on current week number/date.
