6224f for network core upgrade

Presently i have a 5324 as the core of my network with all my other switches plugged into it it with fiber or copper.  Right now that consists of

2 3548p

1 3524p

1 3348

1 5448

1 5324

and a few cisco smb poe switches at remote offices in the building

I have a 6224f  i was thinking of replacing the 5324 with and doing dual fiber runs to each switch in the building.  

I also and looking at a couple 5548's to replace the the older 5324/5448's in my main rack. with this in mind how should i go about connecting them to the 6224f as they do have 10g ports for uplink?  what modules do i need for the 6224f?
