Broadcom Teaming (SLB) question with Powerconnect 6248 Uplink (Trunk)

Hello,

I have a question about Teaming in SLB mode with Broadcom BCM 5708C. I have two switchs(DELL Powerconnect 6248) connected with an UpLink (Trunk, not a stack).

I have one serveur (DELL R420 - Win2K8R2) with an Ethernet Controller of two NICSs and BACS installed. So, I would use SLB (Smart Load Balancer) Teaming mode.

If I link my first NIC two my first switch and my second NIC to my second switch, the configuration and topology will be ok? no loop? I don't want use a NIC standby with fall back, but actif/actif.

Do you think it's ok?
