I solved it. It was because the ip of the switch was like 192.168.2.1 and the type of ip I use inthe network id totaly different. So i had to change the ip for one computer and then I was able to connect to it. Thanks!

User name or Password is missing  -  Browser access problem  -  cannot enter password  -  cannot login

-Press reset button (managed mode front of unit) + power up the unit at the same time.

-The unit will factory reset 192.168.2.1    user = admin    password=

-To access via browser: managed mode must be on (nb: unit will reboot if you press managed mode on) .

-If you cannot access the web interface ("User name or Password is missing") via the browser/workstation, try from your server

Best regards

Jo
