Dell 3348 Fatal Error - return: -3 bcm_cm_device_supported failed
Hy to all.
In this morning i get this message by console. Since then about a year all was ok.
What this can be and how to repair.
In case his firmware one how to restore.
Below is the message. Hope help will come soon.
Need to get in line :)

the switch reboot constantly.
I have a teraterm terminal wich is verry multifuncional. What is the procedure of firmware update in this case where i can get only in first menu.

The readme attached i read, but not succes. On the send file part i wait for several minutes and nothing happens. \
Like Dell support can u explain what this error can be and what it means. This will be more support for me than tell me to read instructions in same firmware.

In the end i update firmware but no change on the situation.
The error still.
What can be the next step ? At this moment my options are ended :)

unlikely so "fast" support was to be...believe this is saturday. Will wait till Monday maybe new thoots ;)

Can i have hardware support in Ukraine or Romania. Need to bring this peace of steel back,

with the call u must be joking :).
Finnaly i get the problem. All is done and working.
In the end need to open the case and look more carefully. Was a water drop in place where should'n be. Clean all and we back.

@icecybe I encounter same issue as yours
I put alcohol on every broadcom chips facing ethernet ports and clean it using tootbrush
now it can boot to console mode
upgrading firmware is not a solution because I can't reach console mode
Dell must publish correct solution to fix that issue
