Dell N3048 Configuration Issue

Hey Folks,

 Switch N3048-ep Was working fine. After two months, I got Weird issue. 

There was The Global configuration but the interfaces Configuration has been Deleted.

Is any one know what is the reason because i need to Avoided in the Future.

Note: This Switch has 5 Switches stacked.
