Thanks for your great support , i just passed exam(Dell Certified Professional - Networking (DNDNS) and i want to go at specialist level(Specialist Implementation Engineer Campus Networking Exam DES-5121) but i need some guidance that this will include only written no lab exam like Cisco ( CCIE ) ?

It is written only. It is closer to a CCNP than a CCIE.
