Dell PowerConnect 5548P Switch cannot ping management IP with VLAN

Hello,

I'm setting up two Dell PowerConnect 5548P Switchs with VLAN (switch01 and switch02), switch01 already have switchport general for all ports with allowed all existing vlans, and all ports pvid is 234, management IP is 192.168.0.1 in vlan 234.

Now, I added switch02 to connect switch01, they are connected witch 0/48 port to switch01 0/48, this switch02 0/48 configured switchport general with allowed all existing vlans, and the port pvid is 234, management IP is 192.168.0.2 in vlan 234. I want to ping and then use ssh to setup switch02 with 192.168.0.2 from switch01 connected PC, but it cannot be ping, please help.
