4.its default configuration and some switch i have configure portfast and all port are present in vlan1 no trunk port.if you need topology please share your mail id i will share with you
5.its existing configuration issue happen some time with switch
Previously in Chris's private message, did he request for the full switch logs, did you manage to pull the logs and get it into a file for analysis? If this often occurs, I probably suggest to contact support for log analysis of all the switches that are affected.

Sbastia,
Would you confirm a few things for me?
Just to be certain, these are PowerConnect 6248?
How many switches are there and are they all the same model?
Is this a new configuration, if so has this ever worked without the issue you're describing?
If it is an existing configuration when did this issue start and was anything done on the switch prior to the issue in question?
If need be, could you private message me your full running-config?
Let me know and we can go from there.
