Dell S3148P SSH server
Hi,
I have a 2 dell S3100 in stack mode. One of them broke down and had to be replaced. Thereafter the ssh service lasts for 2-3 weeks. Just go to the switch and do ip ssh server enable. Has anyone had a similar problem?

To start, would you confirm a couple things for me?
Has there been any other changes since replacing?
Are the switches up to date, are they running the same fw?
Lastly, was the failed switch a Stack Master or member?
Let me know and we can go from there.

Thanks for reply,
when we replace, no others change were carry out.
Switches is in some version.
We access the stack, not the individual switches. And we lost access to everything.

I have researched the issue and discussed with other techs internally and it is likely going to be better to call in to support, as then we can analyze the switch directly.

After read release note about firmware 9.14(2.12), this indicate de problem with ssh server.
i update for this version.
Now, when upgrade the switch and reload it, the stack unit 2 hasn't POE in ports.
Has this ever happened to anyone?
POE not available in unit 2 of stack.
