Dell SONIC _ gNMI path for the CPU interface queue

Hi Dell team,

I want to monitor the CPU interface queue counter via gNMI. I can obtain this exact information using the REST API below.

Dell Enterprise SONIC version 4.5.1

However, I'm having trouble determining the gNMI path equivalent to the REST API url above in order to subscribe.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support.

Hi,

Do you happen to know which bundle are you on? Enterprise SONiC is offered in the following bundles;

  • Cloud Standard
  • Cloud Premium
  • Enterprise Standard
  • Enterprise Premium
  • Lite

I'm unsure if this would help you:

/openconfig-qos:qos/interfaces/interface[name=CPU]/output/queues

Here's an example: Drilling into a specific CPU queue (e.g., CPU0)

/openconfig-qos:qos/interfaces/interface[name=CPU]/output/queues/queue[name=CPU0]/state

Hi @DELL-Joey C

Thanks for your support. I have tried with both gNMI paths that you suggested, but they don't work. I am on Enterprise Premium.

Hi,

Perhaps, I best suggestion is to contact the support to obtain a remote session with them, as the network engineer needs to find out more information about the switch.
