downloading crashlogs/koops.0 from N4032F switch

One of my Dell N4032F switches reloaded unexpectedly last night. When I look in the crashlogs directory on the switch's flash I can see an 8k koops.0 file was generated at the time of the reload. There was no crash or error file generated at the time.

I've tried copying the file to tftp but the command errors saying that the file doesn't exist.

Does anyone know what this file is and how I can download or look at the contents?

The switch is running version 6.5.4.17 of the firmware
