EMC OS10 Delete old software images
Hi,
I have 2 S3048-ON and 2 S5232F-ON.
Now this should be a faily easy question. I installed the latest version of OS10. Now my monitoring system tells me that the file system becomes full. So i thought deleting the old images should solved the problem.
How i have some trouble finding those old images.
As simple as "show flash://" or "dir",, unfortunately, that does not work.
Can someone help me in the right direction
Greetings

Hi,
Try “dir image” and see if that lists the other versions.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for helping me again
With the commando you suggested shows me that there ar no images. on none of the switches.
Its unclear to me what happens with the old images. Where are they stored? Are they deleted?
Is there a way to see the free space of the Switch?
switchname# dir image
Directory contents for folder:
Date (modified) Size (bytes) Name
--------------------- ------------ ------------------------------------------
switchname#

It should keep an image A and image B and overwrite the older one when an update is performed.

Am having the same issue locating the OS10 image on S5232F-ON that comes with OS10 installed. This is the output of the command:
switch# dir image
Directory contents for folder:
Date (modified) Size (bytes) Name
--------------------- ------------ ------------------------------------------
