Force10 - Image Corruption (On both images!)
I have a pair of Force10 S55's that are required for a dev test environment. These are to be independent units, not stacked. Switch 2 has booted and bee configured fine, howerverv switch 1 has a corrupted image - and when switching to B found that this is kaput also!
I have the latest .BIN file on a usb but am struggling to get the unit to load it. It will not load FTOS, stuck in uBoot.
Can someone please help here to get the switch to load the .BIN from USB / console / Mgmt port etc. Whichever option works!
- TFTP
- Flash0
- Flash1
Many Thanks

Hi @JoeAperture,
You can try use Xmodem. You can refer to page 46 onwards for the procedure: https://dl.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_force10/force10-s2410_reference%20guide_en-us.pdf.
Alternative you can refer to this article for TFTP: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-my/000121887/how-to-load-firmware-image-using-tftp-thru-the-boot-menu-on-dell-networking-n-series-switches
