Guest VLAN on PCT-7048 stack

Question

Hello, We recently purchased 5 7048 switches. We are working on establishing the best way to configure these switches conjunction to 4 new W-iAP105 Wireless Access Points. I am exploring if the scenario below is realistic and what will it take to set it up Set a second VLAN on the stack and insert into it dynamically all devices that are unauthenticated on the network. Traffic on this VLAN will be directed to the Internet directly with no access to LAN resources. It will make not different if this is an unauthenticated device on the LAN or on an access point (the 4 access points will be connected to the first switch (the POE switch) Any thoughts will be appreciated. Hi Dov,

The guest VLAN feature is the easiest way to do what you want. If you set the ports that are connected to the wireless access ports to be on the guest VLAN.
