HELP! Powerconnect 5224 - can not access the ctrl+f menu
We recently got a used 5224 and while trying to update the firmware via console, I apparently loaded the wrong file and now I can not access the ctrl+f menu to reset to default, download firmware, etc. Anyone know of any way to get around this. Also I have noticed that when i do a "show system", the serial number, MAC, etc are all blank.
