HostID set to iDRAC IP
The HostID of my New Windows Server 2019 R340 server is set to the iDRAC IP address instead of the computers IP address. This causes all my software licenses to fail. How can I set HostID to system IP address? Thanks

Kozar2,
This is confusing as the Windows OS isn't going to record the iDRAC IP in a way to present it as itself. The only thing would be if the iDac was named as the same as the OS or maybe if the DNS was wrong.

My solution was to disable every network adapter except for one. That way the HostID would be set correctly when booting. Not the best solution, but it worked. Now my software licenses can run again. Not sure if I will be able to run the iDRAC or second network card again.
