how to monitor port channel on dell switches
i have numerous dell switch N4000 N2000 7048 and i wouldl ike to monitor the status of port channel with nagios.
has anybody already do that?

I do not know a lot about customizing nagios. but I did find this script someone put together, you may find it useful.

I imagine you would need to modify the script with the proper OID for the PowerConnect. The firmware download for each switch contains the MIBS/OIDs for each switch.

To be honest the OIDs can be spread out across the MIBs, and some can be hard to find when browsing through them. Another alternative might be to do an SNMP walk on the switch to see which OID you need to us.
