I got a similar message but not the exact. As a test I installed the certificate in the store on my PC and it does come up in IE as https now. Not in Firefox. Normally we dont use IE. We have a bunch of these switches so to have to go to every pc manually and install the certificate is not what I'd like to do.
I never touched anything inside the switch GUI. Mine looked just like what you posted.

Firmware is 3.0.0.64
I generated the cert (At least I thought I did) using the CLI command crypto certificate command.
Was that wrong?
