IO Module offline

We use a Dell M1000e for non prod workloads.  I configured it over 3 years ago and haven't touched it much.  The past week one of my M8024-k modules is reporting offline.  I have three others in the chassis still up.

The only message I can find is the module is offline and the power is off.  I can't connect to the IO interface directly.  I've tried powering it on via CMC but it turns off again.  I've also had remote services physically reseat the module but same result.

Can someone point me in the right direction here?  Other than the module not staying powered on, I can't find anything telling me what the real problem is.

Hi,

Can you private message me the service tag of the system so I can get some additional information? Both the Chassis and the switch.

If you can have the downtime to swap the switch with the other one in the same fabric we may be able to isolate the issue between the slot and the switch.

The switch was replaced.  Problem solved.

Tengo el mismo problema, me puedes ayudar? Necesito saber cual swictch fue modificado. Si lo viste con la garantia o tuviste que comprar el repuesto.
