m1000e - Dell Ethernet pass-through
hello,
Could you say me how can I configure a vlan on this switch?
I don't find any informations or documentations about this subject.
I tried via the ikvm, via the console management and the Chassis Management Controller of but without success.
Could you help me or give me informations about this subject.

I wasn't sure.
I have seen it on the cisco switch that is directly connected.
Each port is directly associate to the dell servers on a specific vlan in access mode. But when I change the vlan on this switch, I lose the connection.
I must to do an action on the server or on the chassis, apart from network configuration?

hello,
Two network ports on this switch are associates to a server.
This two ports are directly connected to a cisco switch. The cisco switch ports are tagged on vlan.
When I change the vlan on the cisco switch and the network configuration in my server.
From this server, I cannot contact the gateway and the server in the same network.
