Missing switch front panel graphic in EWS
We just got a new 2824 switch and when I login via the web management system, I am unable to see the graphical status representation of the front panel of the switch. I've tried using Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE on OS X 10.6 and Win 7 without any success. I also upgraded to firmware 1.0.0.39 again with no change.
Does anyone what the issue is or what I can do to resolve it? I would really like to be able to visually see the status of all the switch ports.

The picture in the docs are incorrect. There is not a graphic representation of the switch in the web interface on the 28xx switches.

In case it helps, this is all I ever see no matter which browser and OS combination I use:
I don't have this problem when accessing the web management pages on our 3324 or 3348 switches. They show up just fine.
