Hi,
Are you able to get to the boot menu for the switch? You may be able to flash the firmware. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=F09CH&fileId=3594872038&osCode=NAA&productCode=networking-n1500-series&languageCode=en&categoryId=NI
Page 9 of the update guide shows how to access the boot menu to try the backup image or to flash the firmware.

Hi,
I don't have the boot menu. This error happened just before the boot choose.
I can't use the boot menu to flash the firmware.
I have only the "u-boot>". Do you know if there is a command to launch the boot menu before the kernel check ?

There is not another way to get to the menu before that. Is the switch within 30 days of the order date?
