Based on the details you provided it appears that the default route is applied for mgmt 192 already, so only mgmt would route to all on the next hop.
ip route https://dell.to/3WoRBqT 10.100.1.254 This should mean that the vlan 80 is only reachable to the https://dell.to/3WoRBqT network.
