Packet drops on S6000 - N2000 Links
Wondered if anyone has any issues connecting N2000 stacks to S6000 with 10Gb LACP Port channels?
We have several N2000 stacks deployed and connected to 2 S6000s (connected via vlt)
We see packet loss when pings to the management address on a small number of the stacks we also see slowdowns and have trouble when using telnet etc.
We seem to have ruled out HW, FW, all configuration is the same across all stacks.
Only solution is to drop the number of interfaces in the port-channel to a single connection to the master unit in the stack.

Thanks for the reply. Config is identical. We have been through all logs and nothing unusual. None of the port channel ports flapping or change of state.
We appear to have 2 or 3 stacks showing symptoms out of about 15 but after a power outage or switch work we sometimes find a different set of 2 or 3 showing the symptoms and the ones we have spent time investigating appear normal again. I went along the stp route and could not find any reason or log messages. We have rstp in use and one of the s6000 physical Mac is showing as the root.
We are using VRRP to provide a virtual address on the different vlans. I wondered if this could be an issue? The stacks are mixed 2048 and 2048p units.

Thanks again, I have seen a few articles about VRRP. We do have 3 IPs as suggested, I wonder how the RSTP side transits the VLT link. We have a Port channel on the edge which connects to the two VRRP/COREs. When we have a topology change and the network reconverges it sometimes appears to fix the issue on some switches and the issue appears on another! The VRRP are both still as default and the same figure I might look to set the one with a lower STP priority with a higher VRRP priority. Do you think that would make any difference?

Done a lot of work on this but we still have similar issues.
We have Port channels set up between core and edge switches. But they connect to the 2 S6000s which are connected using VLT.
Each switch port channel has 2 members at the switch end but only 1 on each of the S6000s. I can't find out if that's a good configuration or whether it is contributing to our issues.
