PowerConnect 6224 port mode general

Hi, sorry for the English, I do not write well. I have a PowerConnect 6224, in the port 1/g15 I have connected a hub (budget issue). From this hub I want to have 2 vlans: 137 and 146, as I have to configure the 6224 switch to allow traffic from the 2 vlans through the HUB, I tested with:

ethernet interface 1/g15
General switchport mode
switchport general pvid 137
switchport general allowed vlan add 137.146

Just get it to pass the vlan vlan 137 but not 146.
