Powerconnect 6248 Drop Connections

Hello I'm looking for some help here. I'm having a issue with our Big Epson printers dropping or resetting in the middle of printing. We have a stacked core with 5 different PC6248s with fiber connections to another 2 switch stack with 5 fiber uplinks. The drops happen at random times and random amounts. Any ideas on what I have wrong with my configs?
