Problem with 5224 switch

Hello, I have one problem with a 5224 switch . FAIL ------------------- DONE -------------------- My problem is the last line : Switch Internal Loopback Test .......... FAIL what can i make for solve this problem ?

This may be an erroneous error caused by an older version of the Diagnostic code. I would suggest contacting technical support in your region so they can verify the issue.
