Problem with 5224 switch
Hello,
I have one problem with a 5224 switch . When i do a "sh system" command the return of the command is :
System description: PowerConnect 5224
System OID string: 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.4
System information
System Up time: 0 days, 0 hours, 8 minutes, and 30.53 seconds
System Name : [NONE]
System Location : [NONE]
System Contact : [NONE]
MAC address : 00-30-F1-7B-1B-A9
Web server : enable
Web server port : 80
Web secure server : enable
Web secure server port : 443
Telnet server : enable
POST result

UART Loopback Test ..................... PASS
Timer Test ............................. PASS

I2C Initialization ..................... PASS

Switch Internal Loopback Test .......... FAIL

My problem is the last line : Switch Internal Loopback Test .......... FAIL
what can i make for solve this problem ?

This may be an erroneous error caused by an older version of the Diagnostic code. I would suggest contacting technical support in your region so they can verify the issue.
For the Americas, call (800) 822-8965 and follow the prompts for Server and PowerConnect. For other regions, please use the number listed in your documentation.
