To the Brocade FastIron FCX648 I have conected generally managament to servers (IPMI, iDRAC, etc and connected management to the Z9100-ON switches.
I use Powerconnect 8024F and DELL Z9100-ON to operate services and servers.
Trunk connections, vlans work, but I noticed one thing that I do not fully understand, which is why I am writing this post.
Well, hosts connected to Powerconnect 8024F ping both managament port of DELL Z9100-ON switches, but hosts connected to DELL-Z9100-ON ping only one switch, not the other one. Hosts that cannot see this one switch, interestingly, have it in the ARP table. Besides, other hosts in this management VLAN respond to the ping.
The other way around is the same, this switch whose management port connected to the Brocade FastIron FCX648 does not ping the hosts that are connected to these DELL Z9100-ON switches connected to each other via VLT, but to the hosts connected to the Powerconnect 8024F ping responds.
I checked VLT configuration again and, unfortunetlly, did not found any problems, whitch can cause my problem.
I noticed one more thing that when i ping this Z9100-ON switch management port (this is vlan1 connected to Brocade FastIron FCX648) from another vlan - it passes. The problem only occurs with hosts that belong to vlan1 and are connected to this Z9100-ON.
I really don't know what cause the problem, but still trying get rid of it.

Hello, I would except to work "sh vlt mismatch" command like pg 1666 https://dell.to/3Oi3SZp Could you check it again
Please check verifying a vlt configuration from here. Maybe something is overlooked https://dell.to/3zhhzDJ
Hope that helps!
