Problem with PowerConnect 6248

Im having some weird messages in "show logging" :

It looks like different ports, and the messages appears very often.
I cannot make a 1 to 1 link between the slowing down of the network and the messages, i just think it might be related.

Looks pretty often. Im not sure if this is linked with our network slowing down. The ports aren't always the same.

Its pretty often (every minutes or so).
So it would be normal ?
