Proper way to setup multiple vlans to desktop?
I have 3 3324's I have vlan's 1,10,20,30. They cant not see one another. I need my desktop to be on all the of vlans. I have a Broadcom Netxtreme gigbit adapter in my workstation. What is the trick to setting up my workstation to be on all the vlans? What Do I set the port in the switch to. I had it set to general and had vlan 1 untagged and 10,20,30 tagged. I then setup my nic with those vlans and it made 3 virtual nics and its seems to work but things on the network started acting screwy after i did that. SO I figure I missed something

I believe the issue is because the switch works with the mac of the nic card and only refers to the ip when it needs to route (if it has those capabilities).
