that showed me what the problem was. The username was admin, not linuxadmin as the document provided above about the password recovery in step No. 8.
Another thing in step No. 6, it said that I should (Press Ctrl + x to reboot your system. If Ctrl + x does not cause the system to reboot, press Alt + 0. The system boots up to a root shell without a password.) .... In my experience, pressing Ctrl + x prevented me from booting up to a root shell. I had to use Alt + 0 directly instead of Ctrl + x.
thanks, I have try to this process of password recovery many times until it works, I am not sure why it get hard to execute, whatever when i get the system boots up to a root shell without a password like the step No. 6 in the document you provide.
the step No.7 ask to inter linuxadmin but it get that there is no command like "linuxadmin" so I scape this and continue to step No. 8 and changing the password and it success then continue all the others steps
when the switch start again after restart, I am trying to enter the username as "admin" and password like what i changed it, but it not working with me, I am trying to use other users like linuxadmin or root but it not working either
on the other hand, I have found the Service Tag for this SW and found it still under ProSupport Plus warranty and will expire in 2024, could you please help me to open ticket with support, may be I can get Official help and support

I finally resolved the problem after doing some research. I found this YouTube link
