S3048ON stops booting until I log in

Hello, 

After upgrading the switch from OS9 to OS10, I note that whenever I (re)boot the switch, that it stops partway through booting and asks me to log in.

As soon as I log in, the switch becomes active (all enable interfaces come up, SSH comes up, etc)

Obviously, this behaviour is completely unacceptable in a production environment, so I would like to know if there is a solution for this, please.
