Hi Cyborg2021,
this is normal behavior. bcmCNTR.0 is a system process running under "sysdlp".
You can check the overall CPU load with "show processes cpu management-unit".
Our S3100 switches have a relatively small dual core ARM CPU to run the OS
as opposed to our OpenNetworking-capable switches with bigger x86 CPUs.
