s4048-ON No prompt on serial console
I have a couple s4048-ON I need to change the configuration of. I have a connection via the serial console and can see all the boot messages and interfaces coming up, but I never arrive at a prompt to input commands. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
If you hit any keys does it bring up a prompt? Also is it the right type of cable?

First I tried via the microusb port on the front. I saw system messages but no prompt and it wouldn't respond to any input. Trying the console cable on the back resulted in the same thing. Judging by the documentation you linked I have wiring with the proper pinout.
