S4810-ON is unable to boot | no

I have a 10G S4810-ON Switch. It's unable to boot into boot loader or bios and fans are running on full speed. it just gave me a black screen. on the first few attempts, I was thinking of my baud rate issue. I have tried all baud rates the but rate but no console access only black screen and Fan keep running on full screen. 

 

Can anyone please help me in this, that what could be the issue and how I can resolve the issue? It will be your kind help!

Hello,

 

It sounds like you'll need to replace the switch. If you're able to get into ONIE (F2 or Del), then you can reinstall the OS, but based on your mention of the BIOS, it may not work out.

I tried again and this time it gave me shells. Sorry, maybe serial cable issue. 

It gave me two shells. 1 shell if I interrupt the boot then it took me to shell, output as follows.

The second shell doesn't let me play with it so I tried 1 shell. it gave me the boot option. I tried to boot the image over TFTP using tftpboot and f10boot. But it gave me the following output. Again sorry for long output.

It seems like image is corrupt but i tried another image same error. 

Note: This image is download from force10network under s4810 section..

Is the switch under warranty? It looks like there could be a ram issue that is causing the corruption.

No there isn’t any replaceable parts for this. Full replacement is the only option.
