Hi,
If you don’t add the role at the end does it work?

Yes, I tried that. It did not work.
just only local accounts. Just one account "admin" is set. I'm a little scared of upgrading because it's one of the two main switches in our server farm. And I don't know how to upgrade the switch.
Is RADIUS configured or only local accounts? Can you upgrade to 10.4?

The best option is probably to call phone support so they can help you with the process.
