Setting up new user - error

Hello,

I am getting stuck on setting up a user account. It is a dell powerconnect S4128 (version 10.3.1E)

I am typing in the commands as follows:

Console(config)# username something password Something3496! role sysadmin

Of course this is not the real username and password, but is it very similiar. 

The system will return my value - % Error: pattern match failed.
