SSH Not prompting for password N2048P

I have 6 IDF's each with N2048P switches in a stack.  I am trying to get rid of telnet and enable SSH on all.  On 4 of them, I have configured SSH, generated RSA and DSA keys, and can log in with this method.  One two of them I get the "login as:" - I put the username in, but I am never prompted for a password.  The configurations on all of the switches are the same.   I am at a loss as to why this is happening.  Does anyone have any ideas of where I can start to troubleshoot this?

Hi Andy,

Are the stacks where it works and where it doesn’t work at the same firmware version and is that the most recent version? There were some fixes to SSH.

Josh,

Yes, the version is the same, they are all on 6.3.0.16.  However, I know that is not the most recent version.   I wondered if the firmware had anything to do with it.  Is 6.6.0.24 the most recent?

Thanks,
