switch
HI
I have a dell switch that we bought in January, i cant recall the model at top of my head but it was a 24 port 10Gbit SFP+ switch
I have console access to the switch
what commands can i run to list the config for each port? some are set to MTU 9000 and some are not.
I also need to know, say i find port 6 is MTU 1500 and i need to change it to 9000 what is the command?
finally once i'm done what is the command to save the config for boot?

Hi,
You can use the show interfaces configuration command to list the settings for the port and see the MTU size. Page 441 http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/Common/PowerConnect-Nxxx6.2_CLIRef_en-us.pdf
If you want to set all interfaces to a larger MTU you can use the command system jumbo mtu which will set all interfaces at once. Page 470
