    Hello gresya,

Can you let us know your switch model you are running?

Did you have any errors or failures messages you can provide?

This may have been typo error but I want to ask what this means in your description:  sofr

You may try redownload the update to make sure you got a good download.

Hi, it's difficult to say what the issue could be. tried modifying the boot order might be an option. I would try reinstalling as Charles said. You can try to change the boot order in the BIOS settings via by pressing F2 or delete key during power on. Or you can try to reinstall OS10 or DIAG-OS using ONIE. I’m sorry but I’m not sure what is causing that. Might try using a different USB drive if an issue with USB drive itself.

I try any USB-drive. Have the same problem.

Maybe ONIE version not compatibility with OS10 10.5.3. version ? It's possible ?

    Hello,

no I don't see any issue with compatibility, it could be also an issue with the switch itself and maybe needs to be replaced, if you followed all the steps my colleagues suggest you to reinstall.

At this point i suggest you to contact our technical support and see if problem is not hardware and if the switch should be replaced.

    Thanks
